With windsurfing, sailing and surfing all within 12 miles, visitors can enjoy the best of coast and countryside. The Eden Project is just 25 minutes away or you might like to visit the nearby towns of Rock, Padstow, Boscastle and Tintagel.

At Tredaule Manor Farm you will find the perfect location for that "get away from it all" holiday whilst enjoying the sumptuous luxury of this brand new barn conversion. The accommodation consists of three cottages sleeping 16 people in total, converted from a former barn. All the cottages have been refurbished to a high specification and offer a relaxed and homely atmosphere. Imagine opening "Country Living" magazine and you are well on the way to picturing the shabby chic interiors of these fine barns.

Ottery Barn - Click here for Availability
Ottery Barn (Sleeps 2-4) is on the right hand side of the property and has reversed accommodation. The lounge features a large picture window which provides views over Dartmoor. The style of the accommodation is light and modern, yet still retaining some period features such as stone walls and oak beams. The property easily accommodates a family of four or two couples. Tiddy Barn (Sleeps 2-4) is at the far left end of the terrace provides a cosy, French style, cottage atmosphere with leather sofas, slate floors and a pretty, functional kitchen with all the mod-cons. French doors lead to a south facing patio which catches the sun from middle morning until late afternoon. The first floor accommodation provides 2 bedrooms and a bright bathroom with a separate shower over the bath. The bedrooms are well equipped and the furniture of a period style. Lynher Barn (Sleeps 8) sits in the middle of the terrace and is a large, 4-bedroomed property, with sumptuous furnishings and ideal for large social gatherings. The style is very much shabby-chic with comfortable sofas and painted furniture.
The kitchen is perfect for entertaining, with a 4-oven range style cooker and large dining table. The ground floor accommodation is oak-floored throughout and is very spacious. The lounge has French doors which lead to a large, south-west facing, patio and onto the communal gardens. The patio catches the sun from early afternnoon until sunset and is fantastic on warm summer evenings. The first floor provides 4 bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. There is also a communal bathroom which is ideal for the children if two families stay together.
This property lends itself to parties, ideal for Christmas or New Years Eve. You can always hire a professional chef for the evening to cook for you. Check out Cooks for hire. Why not book two, or even all three of the properties and use Lynher barn as the central hub.
We also have a fully loaded games room including pool table, table tennis table, table football, darts, television, freeview, toys for all ages and art equipment. This is an ideal room for the kids to relax and play in a warm and safe environment.
Other facilities include a laundry and drying room equipped with washing machine and tumble drier, all operated via an honesty box system. The drying room is ideal for drying out wet walking gear and wet suits.
